Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You are requested to go through the policies before any booking to understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings you make over phone, by email or online bookings made via our website. These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you once we accept a booking from you.
PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms supersede any prior Triplover Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Site that were displayed on this Site before. Unless specifically provided, they do not supersede the Additional Terms for carriage, awards, attractions provided elsewhere in this Site.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHER
If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you are the designated contact person for every participant included in that travel related booking. This means that you or your authorized agent are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your ticket, hotel, Package or any other travel related services, notifying Triplover for any changes or cancellations. You are responsible to obtain all required consents and for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate to Triplover.
We accept credit cards and debit cards issued in Bangladesh and several other countries. We also accept Cash in Office, various mobile banking and Online Bank Transfers etc. methods as well. Prior to your form of payment being processed and accepted successfully, if there is a change in the price of air fare or any other change, you may be notified of this change and only upon such notification you have the right to either accept or decline this transaction. If you elect to decline this transaction, you will not be charged. Please note: all hotel, car rental and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation. In some cases, pre-payment may be required to receive confirmation as per the supplier policy provided.
DATE CHANGE AND REFUND FOR TICKET
Airline tickets have specific rules regarding date change and cancellations. We follow airlines date change cancellation policies. To change your booking date or cancel your ticket, travelers are advised to confirm triplover prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule. To date change or cancel the ticket, travelers need to call at +8809613345345 or email at [email protected]. After your confirmation refund will be initiated. For Domestic Flight, refund will be processed (If applicable) within 3 to 7 working days depending on your bank. For International Flight, it may take 2 to 3 weeks to process the refund and reflect in your account depending on the airline and your bank.
DATE CHANGE AND REFUND FOR HOTEL AND HOLIDAY PACKAGES
For Hotel, Package Tour, refund amount (If refund applicable) may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on your bank. Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation For any kind of date change fee, visa fee, convenience fee and service charge are non-refundable. In case of national emergency/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.
Triplover has the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Triplover website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Triplover website. We request you to regularly review these terms and conditions.
