Airline tickets have specific rules regarding date change and cancellations. Triplover follows airline's cancellation and date change policy.

Travelers are advised to confirm Triplover 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule.

To date change or cancel the ticket, travelers need to call at +8809613345345 or mail at support@triplover.com. Our team will initiate an email and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.

Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change.

Airline imposed cancellation fee may get changed at any time.

All refund will get initiated (if applicable) after confirmation from customer. For Domestic Flight, after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on the bank and For International Flight, it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process the refund and reflect in your account depending on the airline and the bank.

Triplover follows property’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.

Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.

Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.

Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on the bank.
